United Arab EmiratesGreat breakfast! The staff members were very kind and helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel. The reception manager offered us an upgrade of the room at no extra charges. It was a very large suite with formidable facilities.

United KingdomI was staying here on my own and have never been to Tunisia before, so was a bit apprehensive, but I didn't need to be. All the staff were amazing and really looked after me, I can't fault any of them. The food was lovely but the variation could have been better. Special thanks to Saif in the main bar for looking after me and to Raphika on reception who really helped me when my transfer back to the airport was early and left without me.

There is also a saltwater heated pool within the thalasso spa, which you have to pay extra for or is included if you have a treatment - I highly recommend going for a relaxing treatment.
