Stayed here many times before & always a great experience. Ayman from guest relations is always available for any questions or help, the receptionists are all helpful, the facilities are useful & the restaurant serves a variety of food.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, particularly those on reception. They helped to fulfil all of our requests. For example, we had two separate bookings and went on a trip in between and they stored our luggage for us. I also liked the room, including the bathroom. Good choice of channels on the TV and excellent facilities elsewhere in the hotel.

With its own private beach area and surrounded by 7 hectares of garden and forest, this hotel features 2 pools, a spa and several sports facilities.

We especially loved the welcome from the staff. We had previously had a bad experience at different hotel and the staff (Mme Rym at reception) were really sympathetic and made our stay extra special! We loved the tennis courts and the grounds and the food! Ramsey the chef de salle was amazing… as was Mlle Rym and M Slim at the reception (sorry for errors with the names)… We did not have such a friendly and helpful service at our following hotel and I have to say that it makes all the difference ! We hope to come back with our children next time.

We felt incredibly welcome by every single person we came into contact with. Kamel was a fabulous host, treating us like royalty. The apartment was clean and well appointed, comfortable and full of character. We had lunch in the garden which was delicious and used the Hammam (Gold Package) twice - male and female. In the Hammam the service was the same. It was amazing to just relinquish respomnsibility for a few hours and have someone take care of me completely. As I had to take my glasses off I was gently led by the hand around the whole place and at the end my masseuse sad that my smile looked like a baby, and I'm not surprised I just felt so content and looked after. Taxi's were easy to hail on the nearby road and cheap to head into town. AntiStress isn't in a tourist area which was brilliant, it was real and safe and comfortable. Thank you so much!
