This is the real 5 stars hotel in Tunisia. The staff was helpful. The room is big and VERY CLEAN!!! The food was delicious and I realized that Tunisian food edible for me. Swimming pool so beautiful I was so enjoyed to stay. I hope the hotel will keep the quality of service. 🥰🥰🥰

The staff was so nice especially chahra at the front desk. She helped us really well. We went to the spa and had an amazing massage and hammam. And the choices with all the food was overwhelming. We loved everything. The staff was very very good. It was qn amazing experience thank you!!!!!

    We loved everything. The staff are amazing, especially the lady at the front desk. She changed our room and gave us an amazing one with pool and beach view. Five star breakfast with very welcoming and polite staff. Housekeeping girls did a fantastic job. Hotel itself is beautiful and spotless. We'll be back. Spa and gym are clean and not that busy so you can enjoy a good workout or relaxation time.

The best entrainment team Specially Wasif, George and Dj kept guests entertained and busy with steps, Yoga, Darts and many more exercises throughout the day. Very clean swimming pools with life guards on duty all day everyday. Beach front exclusively for Bel Azur guests.

    Overall Staffs, from breakfast chef to reception staffs. Very welcoming and friendly. Spa especially the massages by Sihem, she is the best, I felt relaxed and unwind as a new bien baby. treatments at the thalassotherapy were excellent.
