Our second time staying here. We travelled from the UK and was made very welcome. Staff spoke good English and very helpful. The spa area was amazing, a shame we didn’t have chance to use it. They happily printed some documentation we needed.

The porters were particularly helpful and made both our arrival and departure seamless. The spa exceeded all my expectations. Booking an extra hour was effortless, allowing us to fully relax and enjoy the facilities without any hassle. Each morning, the breakfast offered was very generous, featuring a wide variety of delicious options to start the day right. Additionally, the hotel's location is perfect, being close to the city center. This made it incredibly convenient to explore local attractions, restaurants, and shops.

I enjoyed the spa the most, with its excellent hammam and jacuzzi. But the best part was the wood-fired sauna and the very polite girl at the spa reception, Oksana! Delicious food in the restaurant and excellent service from bartender Katerina! Parking is convenient and very close to the entrance.

I've stayed here before and I'll definitely come back next time. I was very happy to see familiar faces, incredibly friendly staff. Tasty breakfasts and courteous customer service. You can get a day pass to the spa for a small fee. A large pro pool, saunas, and best of all - terrace. Cold cocktails in this heat are just what you need.

That place is magical, I loved everything( their staff is kind all speak English) the rooms are very clean, they took care of the territory all time and the greens made it feel more like a meditating resort. The SPA has all types of sauna and big swimming pools. Totally recommend this resort if you wanna have a good relaxing weekend

Breakfast was excellent. The room in fifth floor was very noisy because of the lift close to the room. SPA opens at 9 a.m, but at 9:30 the finish and Turkish sauna were still cold and you can use only swimming pool.

The hotel has a beautiful design and a great overall ambiance. The spa is very big and offered many options for relaxation and rejuvenation. While affected by an electricity cutoff during my stay, the spa was still quite comfortable. The restaurant was a standout feature for me, with some of the best food I've ever had and an amazing breakfast.
