Great service. Par ici has a friendly Turkish waiter did t get the name. Spa folks very friendly. Front reception lovely folks. Chatty guy cannot remember the name who greeted us and showed us around. The spa group were very generous gave us macaroons and white wine to celebrate my daughters birthday. Give everyone a raise 😜

We‘ve had the most wonderful stay at Virgin Hotels NY. The hotel is very new and very stylish. The location is perfect - walkable distances to all important sightseeing spots of Manhattan. Empire State Building is just around the corner. Many restaurant options close by. The rooms are so nice and clean. The beds are very comfy. We liked the layout of the room. The chamber style with two separated areas (bedroom and bathroom/closet area) made it comfortable travelling as a mom with a teenage son and gave us enough privacy for getting ready in the mornings. The view from the room is more than amazing. I would say you can‘t get any better. We were so lucky and the pool was open - what a nice add-on to chill out with these fantastic views. We used the gym which is also nice and well equipped. Elevators have an intelligent system, we never had to wait long. Last but not least all staff is so friendly and welcoming. They truly went out of their way to make us feel special!! Thank you! Check-in was quick and easy, even though we were early our room was ready. We went back home with the nicest memories. I recommend to choose this place if you plan to stay in NYC.
