The breakfast was full of variety with ample quantity of food and drinks. Overall satisfied with the ambience, cleanliness and servings. The hotel is new and beautiful, and the rooms are equipped nicely. The best part of this hotel is the staff and their attitude. Everyone was helpful and went out of their way to help out for any requests. Keep up the good work guys ( Ulmas, Rafik, Babur and Malika)

Newly opened hotel, the rooms are very nice, all facilities are modern and beds are comfortable. Very clean. The service is impeccable - the staff are ready to help with whatever needed, e.g. they helped us with booking train tickets. A transfer from the airport was also offered. They were also very kind and flexible when our flight got delayed which impacted our arrival. The breakfast is great - a wide variety of selection, including fresh vegetables and fruits, freshly baked goods. The location is good, walking distance from many of the main sights. There is a pool both outside and inside. Would definitely come back!

This hotel was simply outstanding. Although officially rated 4 stars, it absolutely deserves 5. The location is perfect — many key sights are within walking distance. Everything is spotless, the rooms are spacious, the bed is very comfortable, and the museum-like design of the hotel is absolutely stunning. The staff were incredibly attentive: they helped us plan our itinerary in Samarkand, surprised us with a lovely fruit and wine welcome, and even arranged our transfer to the train station. Everyone was genuinely kind and eager to help. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of both local and Western options. A memorable stay, go without hesitation, you won’t regret it!

    We arrived early for check in and were happily greeted. The rooms were spacious and bright. The swimming pool was good although with no shallow end it was for swimmers. The steam and sauna both worked well. The breakfast was good and the selection changed daily. The hotel provided a wonderfully decorated and tasty cake for our daughter’s birthday it lasted three days in the fridge. The staff are friendly and very helpful with a good grasp of English .There is a wonderful restaurant the Boulevard just down the road for evening meals.
