The staff of the hotel stood out with their exceptional friendliness and genuine kindness - especially Jessica and Jane, but also everyone else. They helped accommodate my dietary requests and helped me organize trips that turned out perfect. the hotel itself is wonderful, clean and comfortable with a perfect location. Dinh Lee and his staff are excellent, nice and helpful. The location is grate in the old quarter of Hanoi, close to good restaurants, shops, markets etc. The staff treat us very well and was extremely warm and trustful. When we visit Hanoi again I'll definitely choose Casa Dos Príncipes again, thanks to Ding Lee and his good crew.

The staff was very accommodating and understanding and also let us store our luggage with them while we travelled to ha long and they also let us use their toilet to wash up even though we cancelled the booking due to changing destination

I love everything about hotel. The staff is purely amazing. We arrived in the early morning and they let us sleep few hours in room despite we had booking only for upcoming night. Room was very clean, bed was super comfy, the size of room was just enough for couple. The breakfast was delicious with many options to eat. Location of the hotel is great. We spent here only one last night in Vietnam but speaking of accommodation it was cherry on the top of the cake. If I ever travel to Vietnam again, I will definitely choose this hotel again.
