We had an amazing stay! The staff were so incredibly friendly and helpful, the room & bed were comfortable, and there were loads of nice little touches like free tea & pastries available in the lobby in the afternoon. Great location, central but very quiet rooms, and the bed was super comfy. Breakfast was fantastic too. Easily the best hotel I've stayed in Vietnam!

Honestly I don’t know how to even describe with words the amazing time and the special attention we received. The hotel is beautiful, the room and bathroom was clean, they provided us with tea and everything wee needed. But what we liked the most is that they received us with a map, and gave us all the tips of the neighborhood so we got to maximize our short time there. Old quarter is absolutely out-stunning, there are a lot of bars, restaurants, markets, and places to have an amazing experience, but when you go to the room it feels like you are apart from everyone because you cannot hear the noise. Amazing!

Upon arrival, a hotel staff member gave us many useful tips, which we really appreciated. It's worth booking an airport transfer through the hotel, as they offer a good price for this service. When we were leaving, our flight was quite late and we had already checked out, but the staff kindly allowed us to take a shower before heading to the airport — I’m truly grateful for that. The breakfast at the hotel was delicious. There are no windows in the rooms, but that’s simply due to the architectural style in Hanoi — nothing can really be done about it. The room itself was comfortable, and the bed was great. Highly recommend this hotel, and we’ll definitely be coming back to stay with you again!
