The staff were amazing! Mi at the front desk was incredibly kind and helpful. We stayed here for one night before our trek and they let us keep our bags there. When we came back to pick up our bags they gave us hot tea, let us use the hot showers and towels to change and gave us water and a snack for the trip back to Hanoi. Customer service was above and beyond. We treated ourselves to a full body massage the night before our trek and it was amazing. Location is just outside of the town but a nice stroll and the views are stunning! Customer service was amazing.

This is one of the best for our stay in Sapa, staff pretty nice, food is good They have breakfast with vegetarian food, you should try massage that was amazing hotel quiet for from center but it have to like that to have a stunning view we really love this place, we will come back

Rustic stay, and ideal for a those who appreciate being one with nature. (Not so much for travellers seeking a modern stay). Excellent, farm fresh food! We stayed a night, the staff were extremely helpful with arranging affordable cabs to and fro the town and went out of their way to help.

Amazing hotel with mesmerising mountains view! Room was clean, stylish and cosy, all facilities were good. We liked breakfast at hotel restaurant - big choice of European and Asian food. There were two swimming pools: inside and on rooftop, that's cool, because of fast changing weather. Highly recommend to visit SPA (make reservation in advance!) - they provide wide range of services as baths and massages. Location is good too, just 5 minute walk to Sapa station. P.S. many thanks for receptionist, she allowed us to check-in 3 hours earlier free of charge. It was a salvation, because we got completely wet after Fansipan walk.

The staff were so incredibly kind and helpful. They allowed us to store our luggage while we went on a two day trek, and on the day of our check out my partner was not feeling well, so they extended our check out to 12:00 free of charge. They were also welcoming of him spending the day sat in the cozy lobby, and even brought him a hot tea. The staff really made the experience, however, the hotel is also in a great location close to the center, yet quiet at night so no problem getting a good night sleep. The rooms themselves are nicely furnished and the breakfast was limited in range, but tasty nonetheless. Definitely recommend this hotel if you are planning a trip to Sapa.
