I love everything there! Especially the staff was super friendly and helpful. They gave us a lot of useful suggestions and even ran after the coach which supposed to pick us up at the hotel to stop it, when it had passed our hotel. We could not get on that coach without them 😭 The hotel was new and clean. I love their decoration which makes the room really comfortable and spacious. As a person with insomnia, especially in hotel, I slept well for two nights of my stay. Everything I needed can be found in the room. I recommend to get the room with the mountain view balcony since the view was beautiful. Thanks to our right choice to stay in this hotel, the favorable weather and the people here, our trip in Sapa becomes one of our unforgetable memories. Again thank you for everything! We will definitely choose to stay there again if we have a chance to visit Sapa again.

This is one of the best for our stay in Sapa, staff pretty nice, food is good They have breakfast with vegetarian food, you should try massage that was amazing hotel quiet for from center but it have to like that to have a stunning view we really love this place, we will come back

You feel so at home at Pistachio Hotel. It is located at the heart of Sapa; walking distance to Sun Plaza, Sapa Catholic Church; local restaurants and souvenir shops. The room was excellent, clean and spacious. Bed was comfortable. Everything was available inside the room. Breakfast was amazing with a variety of choices of sumptuous food. food prices for room service is also cheap. The staffs are so friendly. Ms. Chau (supervisor) is very commendable. She was so helpful and provided us details with regards to weather and the best time to visit Fansipan; where to buy souvenirs at cheap price, etc. She even arrange our transport to Halong Bay and handed us gift and a THANK YOU note. The hotel is well recommended. Given a chance to visit Sapa, we will definitely come back to Pistachio Hotel, it is just perfect!
