The rooms at Serras Andorra are designed with your well-being in mind, our 57 rooms and suites are very spacious and bright. Most rooms have mountain views and have a balcony or terrace. We stayed at the Serras second time, and will come back again! We loved everything about this place, felt very comfortable and always had attention from the staff! The food at the restaurant was very delicious and staff friendly! Ski rentals and own slope for kids are great plus! We definitely come back again!!!

Adult guests at the Sport Hotel Hermitage & Spa have daily access to the impressive Sport Wellness Mountain Spa for free for 2 consecutive hours per day. It includes pools of varying temperatures, a large pool with jets and 2 outdoor hydrotherapy baths with views of the slopes. Please take note that , these pools are not for swim. No pools for swim are available in Winter season.We have a very nice outdoor pool for that but only open in summer and can be closed as per the weather conditions. Also, it is very important you consider before reserving a room that Children less than 13th years old are not allowed to access to Sport Wellness Mountain Spa. Children from 13th to 18th years old must be always accompanied by an adult. Bear in mind, that swimsuit, flip flops, and swimming cap are required to access the water circuit and mandatory to be used always inside it. Excellent hotel. The perfect vacation. All the hotel staff are very very kind, especially the boys at the entrance of the hotel Oscar and Victor, always polite and helpful. Thank you so much.

Boasting accommodation with a terrace, Isard Penthouse & Spa is situated in El Tarter. This apartment also has a private pool. The spa and wellness centre includes a sauna, hammam, fitness room and steam room. We stayed for 6 nights, and could not have had a better trip. By far the best stay I’ve had in Andorra. The apartment was incredible, the chair lift is no more than 1 minutes walk from the building but above all, dealing with Aleix was an absolute pleasure. He accommodated me after initial dates had to be changed due to lack of snow at the very start of the season and made the entire stay easy and truly unforgettable, we will definitely be staying here again. Aleix is without a doubt the kindest and most genuine type of gentleman one could encounter, the property is 10/10 and Aleix’s care to detail is 12/10 🤟🏼
