It is a smart hotel, so most communication with the staff is done online, but we had the chance to meet them during breakfast. They were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always smiling. A special mention goes to the housekeeping lady, who was exceptionally kind and took care of the room with the same attention as if she were cleaning her own home.

The hotel is perfect for a ski trip as it is conveniently located close to the lifts and had electronic lockers for storing ski equipment. There is a shop for renting equipment right across the street. You can conveniently buy ski passes at the hotel's reception. The staff is incredibly friendly and made the stay even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great ski vacation.

Everything was great! Staff was really exceptionnaly kind, and helpful, making our stay completely relaxing. Facility is very tasteful and stylish, every detail was very well toughtthrough. Spa and wellness is wonderful, and the food is delicious. They pay attention to allergies/intolerances, always offered options for my husband who is gluten and lactose intolerant. The owner and the Team also greeted me on my birthday with a very nice card and housewine, so they really treat all their guest super unique. I can only recomend this place if you want to spend great time.

The spa area offered a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The hosts were attentive and always ready to help. Breakfast was good — fresh and varied.

Opening in late November 2014 after a full renovation, the Home suite home is 600 metres from the Bergbahnen Fieberbrunn Cable Car. Breakfast was very good. Restaurant one of the best in town. Staff very adequate and friendly. Petra was very friendly and helpful a great host
