Staff went above and beyond to assist with any questions or requests that we may have had. Extremely friendly and accommodating. Exceptional location allowed us the privilege to walk to sightsee and visit much of what this beautiful city has to offer… we even walked to the opera in our Sunday best (with a stop for dinner at a lovely Italian restaurant recommended by outstanding concierge team at the Almanac). The hotel is beautiful and magestic with a bit of a modern flair. The restaurant has lovely breakfasts and lunches (we didn’t experience dinner). The room is extremely comfortable and the bed heavenly. We can’t wait to return, it is definitely our recommendation when visiting Vienna.

We had a great selection of breads, cold cuts, cheese, nuts, jams (strawberry and apricot), poached eggs with ham on spinach and brown bread, fruits, coffee and/or tea. Room was a good size for 2. Bed was the most comfortable one I’ve slept in Austria. The sheets are comfortable and great for a good night’s sleep. There’s a Nespresso machine. Front office staff are friendly and helpful. If you’re looking to be pampered, this is the perfect hotel for you. From the decor, choices of furniture, fixtures, and linen to the design and space maximization of the room, everything is well curated, the perfect experience for a luxury boutique hotel. Just a side note. There is a spa you can book (but we weren’t able to because of lack of time) but there is no gym. I think the spa though is a great substitute.

I travel often and have changed many hotels and apartments through Airbnb and booking.com. Now I had to exchange 2 apartments in Vienna with my family in a short time, and this one was only an emergency solution, but in the end it was much better. If I had known about the host and his approach earlier, I would not have looked for anything else in Vienna. The first one was in the center, new, modern, gray, austere, minimalistic, a little depressing, like many apartments that are being built today. This apartment and the entire design of TABA Tower is excellently designed. This is what a modern project of the future should look like and support the good in you for reasonable money. A nearby subway stop and garage (in price) is a great combination. Parking in Vienna is expensive (4€/h). Therefore, it is better to use the local city transport. The apartment looks as if it was lent to you by a good friend who is not currently staying there for a short time. (That's how we should all behave.) Everything was full of details, carefully selected, the apartment was equipped with everything you need for a 2-3 day stay. Coffee, Nespresso machine, combined oven and microwave, tea, salt, sugar, salad bowl, quality knives, books to read, lots of space to store your things, towels, active Netflix account,... simply amazing. My wife and I like to watch planes, and the view of Schwechat Airport was an another advantage for us. Unfortunately, this experience marked me and increased my demandingness. For me, the host Klaus is a guarantee of quality accommodation. I wish him to have only such guests who will treat his flat with care.

Location is the best. Very central but tucked in the back quiet street. View of Graben shopping street in some rooms. Wonderful staffs and service. Very modern and spotless room with everything you need.

The Park Hyatt Vienna is located in the city centre's Golden Quarter, in a former bank building dating back to the early 1900s and combines luxury with Viennese elegance. Outstanding hotel - The Bank restaurant is superb, staff is extremely capable and hospitality is on the level above everything I have seen.
