They are very friendly and very pretty. Also, the hotel was very quiet and had a fantastic location in Interlaken. The price was not cheap, but it was an exciting hotel with a great atmosphere. The housekeeping team was great and very kind; they cleaned our room twice daily when needed.

Beautiful, well stocked penthouse with a wonderful view of the hills….much more nicer than the photos. my family loved the stay and wanted to stay longer….and a great host - she was looking at the details to make us comfortable during are stay and very flexible with our needs. Spa facilities include a hot tub, steam bath, sauna, and infrared cabin by Physiotherm. They can be used free of charge. This was a lovely hotel, set within a retirement community. The spa was wonderful at the end of a day of travelling and paragliding. The staff were very helpful. We could check in slightly early and we could leave our luggage in lockers. There is a little room where you can help yourself to tea and coffee during the stay (none provided in the room). The room itself was large and very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

Salzano Restaurant features a terrace with views to Mount Eiger. You can enjoy your breakfast or a romantic dinner on the terrace. We loved the staff and their friendliness, including the owner that checked to make sure our stay was wonderful.. It is close to the bus station, so that was a plus to go into Interlaken to catch the trains. The breakfast was plentiful as well. 'The view is lovely!
