I travel a lot, but this time I was amazed! Andrea answered all answers promptly, helped with check-in, and on the day of our check-out(it was very early morning) even arranged package with breakfast to go. Long story short - out of hundreds stays I had in the recent years, I would remember that hotel for being warm, cozy, and for the great stuff that treats you like a family, doing everything to help and to advise best. p.s. Andrea's dog Max just stole my heart - now I want to have the same =)

I had a very pleasant stay in Hotelino Petit Chalet! I'll definitely come back to this same hotel if I ever come back to Celerina
