Mario gave us extremely warm welcome when we checkin, and the thorough experience of our stay was so beyond expectation： Our room was next to the room where President Bush stayed. It had a big window facing the lake which allowed us to oberserve the double rainbow appeared in the early morning. They explained well how to get to the hotel when coming from other places like Lucerne. The hotel has a beautiful view, especially from the Mineralbad hot springs. The room was spacious and the bed was extremely comfortable. We ate dinner at the hotel in the bar area and really enjoyed all of the food. Our server was engaging and friendly. The front desk workers were very pleasant and helpful. We had to leave the mountain very early to catch the ferry back to Lucerne. They helped me figure out the time we had to leave the hotel in order to make it to our destination in time for our pre-planned event.
