Tertianum Parkresidenz Meilen in Meilen provides adults-only accommodation with a spa and wellness centre, an indoor pool and a garden. Built in 1994, the property includes sauna and beauty services. Free WiFi is available and private parking can be arranged at an extra charge. We like the location that we could walk to the lake and enjoy the view over the water. It was also very touching to see the amazing staff and the heart that they showed to the elder residents who live there.

The property features a fitness centre, terrace and private parking among other facilities. Among the facilities of this property are a restaurant, a 24-hour front desk and a lift, along with free WiFi throughout the property. The aparthotel features family rooms as well as facilities for disabled guests. The location is really close to the airport, which was a great bonus for me.

The property is around 5.8 km from Swiss National Museum, 6.2 km from Bahnhofstrasse and 6.3 km from Paradeplatz. There is a spa and wellness centre with a terrace, fitness centre and sauna, as well as a hot tub. Right outside Zurich Altstetten station, 2 stops after main Bahnhof. 5 minute walk from the hotel to trains which run with superb precision in Switzerland compare to UK! and very well soundproofed rooms. Lovely large rooms for 3 adults, very relaxing, particularly after our 4 day mountain walks and cycling. I can imagine it'll be great for business travellers. Outside seating area for breakfast and coffee etc is nice and comfortable and you don't feel the effect of the trains running in a negative manner. The spa looked great, adequate gym, and lovely relaxation rooms to chill in if you needed. Our rooms gave a free Starbucks coffee voucher and a bottle of water. We didn't have breakfast. I'd definitely stay again, price is great and within in 15 minutes you're in the city centre.

The Oerlikon train station is 5 mins away. There is a Denner supermarket right next door. There is a laundry within the hotel, should you need to use it. The staff are very friendly.

From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by a staff member named George, who took the time to introduce me to the hotel and its facilities. I didn’t feel the need to dine outside the hotel because the food offered was truly good. Additionally, I had the privilege of meeting some of the kindest and most professional waitstaff I’ve ever encountered. A special mention goes to the wonderful staff member who, outside of her working hours, kindly offered to take photos of me around the hotel. Her gesture truly enhanced my stay. Overall, my experience at FIVE Zurich was remarkable, and I wouldn’t hesitate to return. The combination of outstanding service, convenient location, and excellent amenities made my stay unforgettable.

The hotel is only reachable by train and the ride takes 21 minutes from the Zurich Main Station. Staying at Uto Kulm was truly a unique experience. Since it’s located in a car-free zone at the top of a mountain, it offers a peaceful and refreshing atmosphere. There are plenty of scenic trekking options around, and the free shuttle buses make it very convenient. The hotel is less than a 10-minute walk from the bus stop, and the panoramic view of Zurich both from the mountaintop and the room is simply breathtaking.
