Very clean, 2 blocks to a major tram line and 2 blocks the other direction to the water with a short walk to old town as well, charming decor, and helpful friendly staff. Perfect stay in Zurich and a relatively reasonable price.

I arrived late, but the check-in process was smooth, and the staff were very kind and friendly.The room only has a shower, but it was clean and comfortable. It includes a refrigerator. There’s no air conditioning, but a fan was provided, so it didn’t feel hot. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.Bus 731/733 is convenient for traveling to Zurich Airport. It’s a local bus that allows suitcases. Very comfortable bed and shower, smooth check-in with very friendly staff, but the hammam and sauna and rest area were the highlights for sure.

Set on the car-free Uetliberg mountain, surrounded by nature and hiking paths, the award-winning Hotel UTO KULM car-free hideaway in Zurich presents a stylish design with a sauna area and unique views... It was so nice. The staffs were attentive, especially Robin at Front Desk and the housekeeping staffs. Our room was spacious and VERY comfortable. It was cold outside but it was always pleasant inside. The floor was warm as well. The view was spectacular. We got to experience different kinds of weather at the top as we stayed there for a few days. The location itself is a tourist attraction so there are lots of trails. It’s really nice to walk around!
