I had an amazing experience during my stay. The staff were incredibly well-trained and exceptionally friendly, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The sauna facilities were spacious and immaculately clean, providing the perfect setting for relaxation. Overall, it was a truly enjoyable stay, and I look forward to coming back.

Alma Hotel enjoys a quiet location in a 19th-century building just 100 metres from Lake Zurich and near several tram and bus stops. The hotel is situated in a beautiful building and it is very nicely decorated, comfortable and clean. All products used are of extremely high quality (soap, food). There is a spa in the hotel which one can book. The location is fabulous - just 1 minute walk from the lake and a short tram ride from the center. But the best is the super friendly staff :)!

It was also very touching to see the amazing staff and the heart that they showed to the elder residents who live there.

I arrived late, but the check-in process was smooth, and the staff were very kind and friendly.The room only has a shower, but it was clean and comfortable. It includes a refrigerator. There’s no air conditioning, but a fan was provided, so it didn’t feel hot. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.Bus 731/733 is convenient for traveling to Zurich Airport. It’s a local bus that allows suitcases. I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and highly recommend it. The design is modern and stylish, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The location is perfect, with easy access to public transportation and a supermarket right below. The spa is excellent, with many saunas and a beautiful terrace. The room was comfortable and nicely decorated, with a large window and full-sized toiletries like shampoo, body lotion, and shower gel. In the evening, the bar is open, offering a great place to relax with a drink. I would definitely stay here again!

FIVE Zurich - Luxury City Resort has a restaurant, free bikes, a seasonal outdoor swimming pool and fitness centre in Zürich. Im a regular at the FIVE, the Staff is EXCEPTIONAL. I think one of the best price / value for Hotels in Zurich. The Penthouse Club is a nice additiion as well :-).
