The staff is among the best we have encountered in Chile. The breakfast was also good with fresh-made croissants.

Set on the shores of Llanquihue lake and boasting stunning lake and volcano views, the recently-built Hotel AWA offers luxurious accommodation with free WiFi access in Puerto Varas. Very much enjoyed the Awa. We were in a suite which was very comfortable and spacious. There were a few things that were not functional (the blinds) that needed to be fixed. Otherwise, the half board option was appropriate (same menu all the time for breakfast, lunch and dinner). We also had massages which were good. I’d recommend to others.

Located in Puyehue National Park, this hotel offers a restaurant, fitness centre and swimming pool. Puyehue Lake is a 10-minute drive and Antillanca Ski Centre is a 45-minute drive away. The Place was EXCEPTIONAL. The Dinner was abundant and HIGH quality. All was PERFECT.

A luxury modern/rustic cabin for 2 people with an exceptional location in the middle of a forest. Private terrace with jacuzzi overseeing the forest, Castro city and the bay. Huge breakfast served to our room at the time of our choosing with local cheese, avocado, a selection of cold meats, milk, youghurt, jam, natural juices and incredible bread (they bake it themselves). All appliances working including a Bose bluetooth speaker, perfect for enjoying the complimentary bottle of wine to soft music in the jacuzzi at night. Gloria y Cote are the nicest hosts ever, they treat you truly like family. They were so nice that when I asked for a charcoal grill to make a night barbecue they bought one specially for us! Even though Castro city is close (5 min drive) we went looking for a quiet place to relax but this exceeded our expectations, if you need a place to relax in Chiloé THIS IS IT!!
