Located in the heart of Torres del Paine National Park, EcoCamp is set in charming domes inspired by the ancient dwellings of the region. Thank you Eco camp team for unforgettable experience! We stayed here just for 1 night. If we had a chance, we would spend more time here. Super friendly staff, great food. the hotel itself is beautiful.

Everything! Personalized service was unbelievable but at the same time there was the ability to be invisible if one preferred. Every meal including afternoon tea was beyond description along with the meal service.

The apartment is modern, clean and cosy. Staff were very friendly and available via WhatsApp if you have any questions. Although the staff didn’t speak English we communicated through WhatsApp and Google translate. Owner’s dogs are very friendly too on entry to the front yard. Bedding, towels, tea, coffee and toiletries were in the apartment. Punta Arenas is a great city, having European and American influences. There are plenty of places to shop, including duty free shops in the shopping malls. I was visiting family but I felt safe walking around on my own. The people are friendly in cafes, restaurants and shops with some staff speaking limited English.

Mesmerizing property, amazing location, mostly nice food, the pools, lovely personnel, the manager is always on site and super kind, the excursions are great and the rangers are very very good and fun. This is a real treat, the attention to detail is unique, the beauty of the hotel is unforgettable. One of a kind.

Feb 2024 stay - 3 days total (split stay, 2 different rooms) $1000/day included Bkf, boxed lunch, Din. Wonderful stay. Description as promised. Not 5 star (regarding rooms) but tries to be, which is okay because you are there for a hiking/outdoor experience, not a glamourous pampering. Small mistakes here and there, but staff always worked to resolve in my favor. Purchased horseback riding (twice) - great time, but horses so well trained; if been on horse once before, then consider yourself an expert. Dinners were extremely good. All staff every accommodating. In 3 days, no problems unresolved. Only negative would be King beds are really 2 double beds pushed together. Stayed 1 night at Hotel Lago Gray (for convenience to Cat) and this place much better.

Located in rural Chilean Patagonia, Remota Patagonia Lodge offers luxurious accommodation and spa facilities including heated pool, massage room and sauna. The Hotel was perfect after coming back from the W-track. The breakfast was really good and they had a lot of food options. The beds were super comfortable and the rooms were vary spacious and clean. It’s a a couple of minutes outside of puerto natales but still very easy to reach (either walking or by taxi). Additionally they have a nice spa. I 100% recommend the hotel.

Located inside Torres del Paine National Park, by the shore of Pehoé Lake, Explora Patagonia offers all-inclusive packages for 3 nights or more. The explorations are really well organized, the location is amazing.
