We got a free upgrade to the nicest suite I have ever stayed in. The staff and service were nice and professionel. We had everything we could ask for. The view was nice as well. We will for sure book this hotel again when we visit Guangzhou. Thank you for a nice stay

Apart from being next to the louvre furniture mall which was convient for my trip the entire team was truly outstanding from Leo at the concierge to Eddie at the reception, Stephy the finance manager was exquisite and not to forget the exceptional Mr Yang who made sure I had everything I needed when I needed it. Best time ever!
