Everything was perfect. Nice area, not far from the main tourist attractions. Delicious food. The service was phenomenal, best service of any hotel I’ve ever been to, including other Editions.

Excellent in every detail, wellness super, they let me use wellness way before check in. Best hotel I've ever stayed at. Highly reccommended.

The epitome of luxury, impeccable service, wonderful food and convenient location. We were in a Grand River View Room overlooking the Bund, which was very spacious with 5* views.

There is a 24-hour front desk and a tour desk at Mandarin Oriental Pudong, where car hire, ticketing service, currency exchange and luggage storage are available. The location is great, next to the canal, the malls are in walking distance. Will be back.
