The hotel is please to offer CHI, The Spa, as well as a superbly equipped Fitness Centre, indoor swimming pool, sauna, steam bath, whirlpool, and massage facilities. The gymnasium is equipped with an array of cardiovascular equipment along with satellite television screens. The hotel presents nearly 8,000 square metres of versatile event space, including 12 function rooms ranging in size from 47 square metres to 510 square metres with professional audio-visual facilities. The two pillar-free Grand Ballrooms can accommodate approximately 1,500 people and 1,700 people, respectively, for cocktail parties. This is the best hotel I’ve ever stayed, it excels at almost every aspect. Decent location, food especially breakfast is second to none, laundry is fast, room gets cleaned every day etc. it’s a bit pricy though but you get what you paid for.

The views from the hotel are breathtaking, and we were fortunate to enjoy a guided tour with Eve, who was simply wonderful. Not only she showed great knowledge about all the details in the hotel design and vision, but she was also extremely kind and dedicated to giving us attention and making this a memorable stay. It is rare to experience such a seamless combination of luxury, care, and warmth. J Hotel Shanghai exceeded every expectation, and we cannot wait to return.

We fly a lot and stay in a lot of hotels, but we have never encountered such excellent service as we received. An amazing and impressive hotel in its beauty. The staff is unusually kind. Everything was superb - the fragrance, the room, the service, breakfast, location.

At Upper House Shanghai - Former The Middle House guests are welcome to take advantage of a sauna. The area is popular for cycling, and car hire is available at the accommodation. The Middle House is in a perfect location right on Nanjing Rd, connected to one of the best malls in Shanghai and across the street from a metro hub and the lovely Zhang Yuan area. The hotel has superb rooms and facilities with a fantastic indoor pool, gym and sauna. The rooms was decorated with great care and was extremely comfortable. The breakfast was very good and provided a great start of the day. Finally, the staff was just superb, very attentive and thoughtful during the whole stay adding continuous personal touches to our stay. Cannot recommend enough the Middle House!

At The Sukhothai Shanghai, every room is equipped with a seating area. This is one of the nicest hotels that I've ever stayed in. The room was incredibly comfortable and the service was exquisite. As an added bonus, the room service thai food was incredible (and quite affordable). I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Comfortable, trendy, 5 star service. My personal concierge Echo Wang王芊骄 was the sweetest and all requests were done in 2 minutes. Loved the free tea service and free daily ironing service. The made bubble baths for me as well.
