It offers free Wi-Fi and wired internet in all areas and a fitness centre. Location and hotel were great.The staff were amazing. Friendly with a smile. Nothing was too much. Best stay ever. Shangri-la Futian also has a business centre and provides laundry and valet services. Amazing staff, helped us with everything we needed. The hotel is truly a 5 star one. I really recommend their buffets, especially the lobster dinner one, because of the excellent value for money.
