You can enjoy city view from the room. Believe it or not, even though I didn’t really enjoy the city of Chengdu, this hotel completely made my stay worthwhile. It is a high-quality hotel with very spacious rooms, comfortable beds, and a beautiful bathroom. While the view wasn’t particularly impressive, the room provided everything I needed. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety and great taste. What impressed me the most, how's, was the staff. They were extremely kind and accommodating, even allowing us a complimentary three-hour late check-out when they realized we needed extra time. This hotel truly saved our trip, turning what could have been a disappointing city visit into a wonderful experience. I highly recommend it!

We were spoiled rotten in Chengdu. We did not want to leave! Room was stunning and the service was excellent. Thank you for a wonderful stay

Ascott Raffles City Chengdu offers luxurious apartments with free Wi-Fi throughout the property. The apartments all feature upscale amenities and some units are fully equipped kitchen. Sichuan Gymnasium Station (Line 1 and Line 3) is 2 minutes' walk away and Line 10 is a 5-minute walk away from the station. We are a family of 4 adults. The two bedrooms apartment was perfect. Rooms were large and there are 2 bathrooms. Living room was large with a good size kitchen. Room was well maintained and clean.

There was a great variety of choice at breakfast. Taxis were easily available at the entrance. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Offering free WiFi throughout the property, the non-smoking hotel features a hot tub and entertainment staff. Our stay at Qingcheng hegu haven was really enjoyable. Nestled at the foot of the hills, it’s surrounded by nature—just a heads-up: pack mosquito repellent as there are some bugs in the evenings. The host’s warmth made us feel like family from the moment we arrived—they even mapped out hidden local eateries and scenic trails that became highlights. The traditional Chinese decor is nice, especially the lotus pond at dusk. Being 10 minutes from the Panda Base was a plus, and after exploring, the hot springs and Chinese-style SPA were quite relaxing. Minor note: stairs from reception to rooms mean extra help with luggage, but the waitstaff happily carried ours. Worth considering for a stay in the area.​

The breakfast was very rich, very high-quality service, the room can see the lake view, very nice hotel

The accommodation offers a 24-hour front desk, airport transfers, a lift and free WiFi. Everything was top-notch except for that strange thing the Chinese call the internet. It was quite slow.
