They were all so nice, helpful, friendly and willing to help if needed. The apartment was spotless on arrival. Loads of space for 2 people, and definitely enough space for more if your party is bigger. Beds were really comfortable too. The sauna and jacuzzi were really nice, the bar was great. Nice selection of drinks and good to relax in. Also for non winter months, this is close to loads of hiking trails which was exactly what I was after!

We loved the coffee pod machine and the free tea bags, that was indeed a small unexpected bonus! Likewise, we also loved the charging station, allowing several electronics to be charged at the same time. The location is fantastic, at the top of a hill, very peaceful with a decent view and even four farm animals in a small pen, adding charm to the renovated castle. The breakfast was varied and tasty, with everything you might like, from eggs, to sausages, fruits, vegetables, bread, yogurts, cereals, and more. Moreover, you can leave and enter this hotel at any time, as the back door has an electric lock matching the room keys, that's also very convenient. Lastly, the staff was friendly and everyone spoke English with us. This place really surpassed our expectations!

The hosts were super helpful and kind and speak english very well which is not common in this part of Czech We had several complex issues with our arrival and Lucie gave us a great service and it really felt she did everything she could to help The apartment was very cousy, had good space and facilities for a family of 5 people Really felt like home. Terasy Cafe definitely accomplished our highest score recommendation!

Buffet and continental breakfast options are available at Wellness Hotel Fénix. We had a terrific time here, despite only staying for one night. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and though it wasn't very big it was comfortable and fun to stay in. The hotel is located quite far from the city center but there is a tram station right outside that takes you all the way to town - and they sell tram tickets at the reception desk, so it's very convenient. We also had a couple's massage treatment here which was terrific.
