The room was excellent with a wonderful view on the Elba River. There is a free parking lot. The hotel and restaurant stuff is professional and kind. The food was delicious and variet. Is a peaceful place.

The spacious rooms of the Fairmont Hotel Vier Jahreszeiten feature rich décor. All rooms include an espresso machine, flat-screen TV, DVD player and free films. Very welcoming and friendly staff, great spacious rooms, and very comfortable all in all. Had two connecting rooms with our three kids and we had everything we wanted. Would definitely stay here again next time!

The hotel also has numerous seating areas, a pool table, an art room and a store. Extreme nice and attentive staff which makes you feel well. Rooms were generous and well designed. Great restaurant with delicious food. Breakfast was excellent. Everything was over expectations!

The hotel boasts spacious and attractive rooms with a sophisticated urban design. It is very easy to reach the Rathaus building and shopping streets within walking distance. Due to its location, it is in a safe area that allows easy access at late hours as well. I stayed knowing that there was a construction work in front of the hotel, but I was not disturbed at all. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. (Although I don't know their names) I would like to sincerely thank the gentleman and lady who assisted me during check-in and check-out. The room was spacious, airy, and comfortably designed. The bed and pillows were comfortable. I did not have breakfast, so I have no opinion on that. However, I think it might be better if breakfast was directly included in the price, as it feels a bit high. Still, I have no regrets. If I visit Hamburg again, I would definitely stay here and I recommend it.
