The Hotel was charming and beautiful. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was amazing. The bed was the most comfortable of any we slept on in 3+ weeks of travel in Europe. In sum, it was wonderful.

This place is amazing, the location and amenities was perfect. The staff are helpful and friendly. Breakfast was very good with a lot of choices. Nice spa and beautiful view of the two Castle.

Tento rodinný 3hvězdičkový hotel se nachází na klidném místě na břehu řeky Tauber v Bad Mergentheimu, pouhých 10 minut chůze od historické čtvrti a lázeňských zahrad Kurpark. lovely hotel in great location (quiet road only 5 mins walk to the old town, castle and gardens). Our room was perfect for three people - large and comfortable: it was really warm at night as no AC but we were there in a heatwave. Parking for around 10 cars and plenty of roadside parking. Everyone was really friendly at the hotel and the breakfast was excellent with tables outside overlooking woodland. would definitely recommend this hotel - thank you for a great stay.

Everything was perfect except one rude waiter one night. Tall guy, just had an attitude. But besides that knucklehead everything about this place was perfect. Great location, very clean, food was great. Just perfect.

The property is beautifuly situated 10 minutes walk away from the old walled town. The chalet is spotlessly clean and decorated in a very stylish modern way. The facilities inside the house are perfect and the spa facilities in the private garden are amazing. The whirlpool, sauna and plunge pool were the perfect way to relax after a long day exploring the town. The owner is very attentive to ensure an enjoyable stay. We will be back again.
