Honestly, i think they have been the nicest i ever seen (and i travel every single month). At breakfast, which is very divers and delicious - the manager announced us every single day 5 min before they close the buffet, in case we wanted to get some more food! They even had coffee to go! The dinner was also delicious and every day they tried to bring new dishes. Moreover it was my husbands b-day and he received a bottle of champagne from the hotel management, delivered directly to our room. More, the cocktails from the bar were trully a dream :) the whole stay was just perfect

The adults-only Lani’s Suites de Luxe has a beauty centre and massages are offered. There is also a café, where children are welcome. It is perfectly located in Puerto Del carmen. The staff are amazing and cannot do enough to make the trip as enjoyable as possible. The spa treatment was divine. The manager Even went as far as arranging sandwiches for the airport as we had such an early return flight. Special recognition to Jonathon and Sabrina. We will definitely return frequently.

Clean, spacious villa with comfortable beds and furnishings. We paid to have the pool heated and it was well worth the extra as we spent a lot of time just relaxing in or around it.

The food on the morning and nights were high quality. The cleanliness everyday is very convenient as they tidy up everything and put the dishwasher. They put a fence on the pool for our kid.

There is an evening bar and lounge and a pool bar. Other hotel facilities include a 3 floodlit tennis courts, Wellness area, sauna, private swimming-pool and whirlpool. The hotel offers direct access to the beach. Beautiful hotel with amazing staff. Food was great and we would go back. We had a little problem but the front desk fixed it quickly for us. Highly recommended.

The outdoor pool, heated in winter, has a small adjoining dynamic pool with a little waterfall and water jets. Great, good options, but realised late you could order from the menu as well.
