I'm certain he has traveled to one of the countries we call home. His warmth and generosity were evident when he upgraded our room at no extra cost. The hotel itself is cozy and elegant, radiating the charm of a bourgeois family estate. Surrounded by apple orchards, it offers a serene and authentic Provençal experience. The attention to detail extends to the rooms, with a supremely comfortable mattress, perfect water pressure in the shower, and an inviting warmth that made our stay all the more pleasant. Pascal went above and beyond by personally booking our table at Renaud Mets in L’Isle-sur-la-Sorgue, where we had an unforgettable meal! Every dish felt like a piece of heaven. Back at the hotel, the breakfast and dining experience were equally exquisite. Though I didn’t have time to try the spa, everything else about Les Carmes made it a truly special place to stay in the South of France. It’s an ideal retreat to experience the region’s culture, hospitality, and culinary excellence! Plus, it’s conveniently close to Aix-en-Provence. A wonderful destination, and one I’d gladly return to.
