Everything was verry good : the staff was nice, kind, so carefully with our needs. The breackfast and the food was tasty and varied.

Everything was great. Room was clean and spacious with beautiful view.

More active guests will find 2 tennis courts on site, as well as hot tub and sauna facilities. With a children’s pool and a kid’s club, younger guests will find plenty to do. We had a lovely stay in the bay hotel. The staff is all very friendly and kind. Breakfast has a great variety. The rooms and the hotel has a nice modern, boho style. The beach is nice and clean.  Negatives - The hotel needs to get some better tennis rackets. The courts are good but the rackets need replacing.

This was one of the best hotels we stayed in. Everything was perfect, the room (sea side view) was clean and comfortable, the food was exceptional and the hotel facilities were very good. The food was always very tasty, and there were a lot of options to choose from. The staff was always very kind and polite. Close to the hotel there are a few restaurants, souvenir shops (bonus: the hotel has its own mini market/souvenir shop) and car rental places.

This hotel is an ideal place for families looking for a relaxing stay as well as groups of young people that want to enjoy Tsilivi’s night life. From check in to check out, the Hotel Contessina was amazing. Polite and accommodating staff were everywhere, including the cleaning folks, bartenders, pool staff, check in desk, and servers. Everyone went above and beyond to make our experience enjoyable. The rooms were spacious and the AC went to a cool level, which we loved after those hot days. The showers were large with rain shower and a powerful handheld jet, if you liked that option. Each evening, turn down service was exceptional and the fruit or sweet plate hit the spot. The most surprising and touching part of it all was the parting gift we were given during our check out. It was a bottle of olive oil and two jars of marmalade from the Contessina farm. A handwritten note thanking us for our stay with them seemed out of place in that it felt we should be giving them a gift for all the warm hospitality. The only knock is really the town itself, which is a matter of my personal opinion. The good is that the ATV rental place is right across the street so, if you're into that, it was very convenient. The town itself felt a bit like Cabo on spring break. Many bars and cheesy places to go to. The restaurants weren't that unique and many had the same menu items. We didn't venture much out of the hotel and it's, by far, the best property anywhere close to where it's located. Decent walk to a very crowded beach. Overall, an amazing place to stay in Zakynthos!

The accommodation is beautiful, easily accessible and well-equipped, the host is extremely kind and helpful, this is also true of the neighbors, we spent a wonderful time here.
