Staff were great organizing a guide for a sunrise hike up to the Mayan nose viewpoint. They were also super accommodating about having to change dates twice. Really enjoyed their typical Guatemalan breakfast as well.

Staff is very attentive since the very begging. The house is magical. It has several different areas where you can relax or havings meals. Our experience was truly amazing. Food is good, but no amazing but is always well presented. You cant miss the JC french toast, that is the best french toaste ive ever had. Wine list is small but good. Juan Carlos, Ariel y Maria were wonderful

So sociable and you can swim less than five minutes away. Communal dinner is a great way to meet people and the food is gorgeous. I loved my little dorm cabin with three beds.
