There's so many little details added to make the stay so very special. It was a unique and unforgettable experience. The staff is very friendly and willing to help with anything you need. We stayed on the higher level rooms located 150 steps up, near to the infinity pool and jacuzzi. It was always worth climbing up with those incredible views of the lake. I stayed in various places around the lake and this view was just unmatchable.

Staff were great organizing a guide for a sunrise hike up to the Mayan nose viewpoint. They were also super accommodating about having to change dates twice. Really enjoyed their typical Guatemalan breakfast as well.

From the staff, to the grounds, to the food and the service, this hotel was the most wonderful place. My fiancée asked me to marry him there and there genuinely would not have been a more special surrounding. Astrid was also amazing as were all the staff we interacted with. Offering a garden, VILLAS JUCANYA Super Higienizadas offers accommodation in Panajachel. Antigua Guatemala is 49 km away. Staff was friendly and attentive. The villa was spacious, clean and secure. It has had UV light installation by the kitchen to prevent mosquitoes. The location on the lake was great and near the docks for views of the volcanoes. Highly recommend.
