From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel warmly welcomed with their professionalism, friendliness, and attention to detail. The room was impeccably clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed, offering every amenity we could need for a comfortable stay. The breathtaking views of Victoria Harbour from our room were the highlight, adding a touch of magic to our experience. The buffet breakfast was outstanding, offering a fantastic start to each day. One of the standout features was the rooftop pool and fitness center. The pool provided stunning views of the cityscape, making it the perfect spot to relax after a day of exploring. The hotel’s convenient location made it easy to access key attractions, shopping areas, and public transportation, enhancing the overall experience. Hotel ICON truly sets the standard for hospitality with its excellent service, attention to detail, and luxurious atmosphere. We highly recommend it to anyone visiting Hong Kong and can’t wait to return for a longer stay!

This hotel was very impressive, from the entrance to the room. It is 10 stars hotel. The workers at the entrance are very welcoming, helpful, and always smiling. A lady will guide you to the elevator, and then at reception, well-trained staff handle your booking efficiently. I was upgraded to a room for a small charge, but the view was marvelous. The room was clean, with a great atmosphere, unique design, and the facilities exceeded expectations. The food is excellent, and everyone is made to feel welcome. The service experience is unforgettable—something that can't be easily described. In Hong Kong, no hotel is better than the Ritz-Carlton. When I return, I will definitely stay at this hotel again.
