The Location, staff, pool area, treehouses, Yoga sessions, greenery, bathroom, services, facilities, and the whole experience was beyond incredible. I actually asked to go earlier and they managed to find a room for me that was more expensive but they gave it to me at the same price I booked with. Best stay experience I've had in my life. Just being this close to nature was beyond me. Thank you so much Grun. Can't wait till the ocean view rooms are open so I can visit again. I don't think there are enough words to explain the experience, you just have to see for yourself.

The hotel is beautiful, clear rooms and all facilities. All personal was very kind and helpful. Breakfast was amazing and delicious.

Out of countless options in Bali, I’m grateful I chose to book this place for my parent’s anniversary! The booking process was smooth and the staff were very responsive with my queries. Most importantly, they went above and beyond in assisting and accomodating my parents. Kayumas was very welcoming and homey. Though afar, my parents felt safe and well taken care of. To Kayumas staff team, thank you so much to each and everyone of you! My parents had the loveliest time and they couldn’t stop talking about it. Thanks for giving them a great experience. Staff were amazing, so kind and attentive - you can't find that level of hospitality and service in Europe. Hotel was great, amenities also, restaurants and food rich in offer and taste, all in all it was a great experience. So happy that you can light a cigar at the pool bar and enjoy many, many great tasting cocktails. Also Tony at the bar was amazing!

Pool area is amazing, spent days relaxing on the day bed with a large menus of food and drinks. Massages were so good and even had a personal yoga class. Melly, Dodi, and Ariana were lovely with a special mention to Risma , she is amazing!

Great staff, always smiling and always greet you, the hotel looks amazing, we had a room on the ground floor with direct acces to the pool, the staff clean the room every morning, changing the sheets, refill the consumables, they help you with everything you need, tours, taxis, the breakfast is very good, everyday you get something new, plenty of options, even for vegans, they have a gym, spa, massages, you can rent scooters directly from the hotel, the location is great, you have a circle k store just across the street, with an ATM, many resturants for all budgets, many clubs, you have 3 beaches in walking distance and even a mall

I had a wonderful stay here. The hotel is truly stunning, with exceptional design, breathtaking views, and top-tier cleanliness. The service was very friendly and accommodating, and after a small issue at the beginning of my stay, the staff went above and beyond to ensure I had an excellent experience. The pool was fantastic, the breakfast was delicious. The highlight of my stay was the incredible effort the team put in when I lost a very valuable item. They went out of their way to locate it and even arranged a courier to deliver it to my next hotel, which was truly outstanding service.
