The calmness of the place, the individual little huts we slept in for an absolutely gorgeous night of sleep, backing onto a river for a perfect reading spot. The resort was also at one with nature - very symbiotic.

From arranging smooth transfers from the ferry to packing us fresh breakfast sandwiches for our journey — every little touch made a big difference. If you’re looking to escape the chaos of busy resorts and truly unwind, this is the place. Peaceful, personal, and perfectly done. Highly recommended.

The team are so accomodating, for a relaxing trip not having to lift a finger this accomodation is perfect! Was exactly what we needed, very peaceful and the food is fabulous especially the breakfast! Felt very spoilt

It is more a family hotel; most of the guests came with their kids. Food was good, particularly the buffet option. Their staff was very kind and helpful. The massage facility was excellent.

We went to the resort in May and it was very peaceful and quiet, we basically had the whole common pool for ourselves. The staff and local people in the area were amazing, incredibly welcoming and kind. We fell in love with the people of Bintan. The food at the hotel restaurant Azura is really tasty, especially the smoothies. We drank those all day everyday! We also booked a tour from the hotel and it was really nice!
