I hurt myself swimming and the staff couldn’t be more helpful providing 1st aid. room was huge, plenty of amenities, they truly live up to the 5 star standard. just overall great

It’s absolutely gorgeous by all accounts, ticking the boxes on location, entrance grandeur, fantastic pool area, wonderful gym, lobby cafe restaurant with great views to Bundara Hi / lights show, fair breakfast choices, comfortable and well equipped room, and the usual high standards Indonesian hospitality. We loved it and we will go back for leisure and business alike.
