Vegetarian and vegan options can also be requested. absolutely loved everything about our stay here. first of all, the staff here are incredibly welcoming, kind, and professional. they went above and beyond to check on us throughout our stay and make sure we were comfortable - and they all knew our names from the moment we checked in until the moment we left, which was a really nice personal touch. the pool here is so relaxing and so nice to enjoy on the hot days. the food at the restaurant is perfect for when you feel like having a lazy day of lounging. and the rooms themselves are really well looked after with comfortable beds, reliable AC & wifi, and a really nice decor/style. would absolutely recommend to anyone coming to Gili air!

Free WiFi is provided. if we could we would rate it 12/10. this is not only great hotel it is true experience. the service is outstanding. location is stunning and in the best part of the island! you are on the beach 3min walk to 2 zones where you will find great restaurants and some nice parties but you are still in chill zone. during the day they serve great snacks, drinks etc. so many cute details. the pool is breathtaking and ilumination makes it even better! Breakfast was delicious, and the pool was perfect for relaxing. There's a little bridge that connects the villa to the main road, so you're protected from street noise. The private beach is beautiful, though there's no direct exit to it from the villa. Overall, a peaceful and enjoyable experience, we’d happily come back!

We have our diner at the hotel and one of the dishes is not to our liking. The staff offered to replace the food with no cost or full refund. We really appreciate this.
