The room was Impeccably clean and the staff was very friendly and professional. There were more than enough breakfast options and all were delicious. I liked the veg has the most. Water pressure was strong and hot water was consistent. All the fixtures were working and in very good condition. I was surprised by the maintenance team of this hotel. There was plenty of space to chill in the complex. The hotel is in a very quiet area. I didn't even hear roosters crowing at night. Everything was exactly the same as the photos. I will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Gili Air.

Ponte villas is an outstanding property and the staff are just as kind and caring. Dani, the manager, arranged for our arrival and brought our bags straight to the hotel after we got off our private transport. From that moment, the staff took care of us like family. Ponte is an oasis in Gili T. Private and quiet that feels like you have escaped the hustle and bustle. The room was immaculate for our anniversary. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel cared for. Breakfast and the bbq dinner were delicious. Location is on the quieter side of the island and right next to some great restaurants and sunset views. The spa and massages were so good we had to go twice! I wish we stayed longer. Thank you to Mehrun and all the other staff who made us feel welcome and cared for. He even brought our luggage straight to the port and got us right on our private boat transfer out. Unforgettable care and hospitality. Look forward to visiting again!

The hotel is perfect in every aspect - great design, spacious rooms, pool area, delicious food, beach of the hotel with evening activities, and professional and very nice staff. Whatever you will ask for - it will be organized for you. It's really one of the best place I stayed in, also because of general atmosphere.

ギリ・トラワンガン島のビーチフロントに位置する宿泊施設で、リンジャニ山、ロンボク海峡を見渡せます。館内全域で無料Wi-Fi回線を利用可能で、屋外プールを併設しています。 ロンボク空港からBeach House Resortまで陸路＆海路で2時間です。 お部屋には庭園を望むテラス、エアコン、薄型テレビ、DVDプレーヤー、セーフティボックス、専用バスルーム（無料バスアメニティ付）が備わります。... ・立地 港から徒歩5分でメイン通り沿いなので、ロケーションが抜群！ ・雰囲気 開放感と高級感があり、オシャレなインテリアが最高！ 特にプールbarが大好きで、毎日プールで過ごした。 プールbarで飲んでもビールが450円程度と安く、コンビニで買っても300円くらいするので、お得に感じた。 ・部屋 エアコンもしっかり効いていて、清潔感もありばっちり！シャワーも屋外でリゾート感あってすごくよかった。強いて言えば少し暗かったが、問題ではない。 ・朝ごはん たくさんの種類から選ぶタイプ。 ステーキ、パンケーキがすごく美味しかった！ ドリンクはビュッフェ形式で好きに選べてたのしかった。 ・スタッフ シャワーが壊れていて温水が出ないトラブルがあったが、すぐに対応してくれて修理してくれたので、夜のうちにシャワーが浴びられた。 にこやかに話しかけてくれる人も多くて、楽しく滞在できた。 ただ、話しかける際に「韓国？中国？」と聞かれることがあり、私は日本出身なので、街中なら別にいいがホテルであれば「どこ出身？」と聞く方が失礼でないなと思った。
