At Gateway Goa, Palolem guests are welcome to take advantage of a spa centre. Everything. Room was wonderful, beautiful terrazo washbasin area, view incredible, lovely balcony. Staff were wonderful particularly Sanloy and Radem.

The location is perfect, right in front of the beach, with a relaxing atmosphere enhanced by live music. The entire team was incredibly attentive and hospitable, always ready to assist—from arranging a taxi to printing our boarding passes. While our experience was mostly great, there were a couple of minor downsides: a drain smell from the bathroom and an affogato that didn’t sit well with my stomach, possibly due to the water or artisanal ice cream. However, these were small issues compared to the overall experience. We’d definitely recommend this place for a peaceful and welcoming beach retreat!

Sunil provided exceptional service—I would love to come back again just because of the impression he made.
