The level of service, attention to detail, and warm professionalism is something we’ll always remember. We want to give a special thank you to Mrunali, the concierge who made our stay unforgettable. She helped us organize incredible tours, suggested great local bars and restaurants, and was a constant source of support—especially when my wife felt unwell. Mrunali not only assisted with getting medication but also checked in on us regularly to make sure everything was okay. Her kindness and care truly made a difference. Our room was pure 5-star luxury—extremely comfortable bed, stunning view of the mangroves, and a beautiful bathroom that made it feel like a peaceful retreat after busy days exploring the city.
