From the moment I stepped into the lobby, the staff's warmth was palpable. Check-in was swift and efficient, and I was immediately struck by the beautiful, traditional decor that blended seamlessly with modern amenities. My room was upgraded in the Premium Suite which was spacious, impeccably clean and with a living room .The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the attention to detail, and the amenities were premium selected. What truly set the property apart, however, was the exceptional service and the warmth of the people. Upon departure they gave us a memento from your trip which was unexpected and incredibly thoughtful gesture that made me feel truly valued as a guest celebrating a special occasion. The Raajkutir hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The combination of its beautiful ambiance, excellent service, and thoughtful surprise made my stay in Kolkata unforgettable. The room was spacious and comfortable with cozy wooden interior and a split-level layout. There was an electric heating mat on the mattress so we never felt cold in our room during the winter time. Maintaining a property in the mountain area is never an easy task and the hotel staff has done a great job in providing a comfortable accommodation to their guests. The complimentary shuttle service to the city centre, although with time restriction, is convenient and reliable.
