The peaceful location (the opposite side of the hustle and bustle in the centre of Bled), the staff, the restaurant (Michelin 2025), the history, wall decorations, furniture, atmosphere, etc. and the magnificent view through the window to the snowy mountains and to the church island of an upgraded room!

The staff was friendly, communication via email and self check in due to late arrival was smooth, and receptionist was really helpful with info on nearby locations.

A big garden right in front of the hotel offers relaxation for all guests. Hotel has rich entertainment program such as culinary workshop, outdoor activities and evening events. What an amazing stay! This hotel is definitely of our favorites. The decor and design of the hotel is truly unique - paying tribute to the first explorers to climb a nearby mountain. My wife and I loved everything about this place. The service (our waiter for supper was outstanding and friendly), the rooms, the decor, the location, the food, the local gin - everything. Thank you so much for an amazing stay. I highly recommend this hotel for an unforgettable experience. We will be back.

A beautiful hotel, and the owners and the owner's friend who welcomed us were super nice, courteous, and helpful. The hotel is an eco hotel, has a very nice little spa, and smells wonderful everywhere. The breakfast is small but nice. You have everything you need. There could perhaps be a larger selection of muesli and bacon instead of the small sausages, but the owners made everything themselves. The scrambled eggs were so tasty. Our room was super clean, nicely furnished, and smelled wonderful. The bed was very comfortable and the view from the balcony (at the back) was also nice. On the river side. The only thing that would have been nice would have been a smart TV on which you could watch Netflix and the so on. We loved it and will definitely be back!
