The swimming pool area was a favorite spot for us where we spent hours enjoying the refreshing water and the sun loungers provided. The on-site restaurant exceeded our expectations, serving delectable dishes made from fresh and locally sourced ingredients. The attentive and friendly staff ensured that our dining experience was always memorable. One aspect that stood out was the exceptional level of service we received throughout our stay. The staff at Nikis Resort went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and attended to our every need. Their genuine care and attention to detail truly made a difference and enhanced our overall experience. Additionally, the resort offers various activities and excursions, allowing guests to explore the natural beauty of the surrounding area. From hiking trails to cultural tours, there was something for everyone in the family to enjoy. We cannot recommend Nikis Resort enough. La Terrazza boasts a brand-new wellness centre, featuring Turkish bath, sauna, hydromassage, emotional showers, relax zone, solarium, massages and beauty treatments. Sessions in the wellness centre can be booked on site. Excellent location outside the centre of Assisi. Very nice and comfortable, large garden to sit when weather permits A WONDERFUL view of the valley from most or all rooms (we had 6 rooms, all with a wonderful view)

Breakfast was fresh and delicious and the service too, the location is very beautiful, very neat and clean and the staff is very polite and hospitality is too good. Highly recommended.

We were a bit lost from a long trip and he drove down and found us. The location is amazing, wine bar and great restaurants seconds away. Nice and quiet spot to even though you’re in a good location.

The suite was spotless, beautifully designed, and had everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The bed was super cozy, and all the small details were extremely well thought. Cristina was an incredible host: warm, attentive, and kind. The location couldn’t be better, right in the center of the stunning historic town, full of charm and character. It’s peaceful, authentic, and the perfect place to experience the local atmosphere.
