I like the staff, we arrived at early hour morning at about 5 AM out of hours check in, the reception and the staff Osama were very accommodating they took care of us, they have tried their best to get the room ready and while waiting they fed and fed us by 7 AM they let us have our breakfast. The main man of the house modir Moanad was very kind he let us check in early and put us on a suite room with no extra charge. Everything was organised. Generally all the staff are very hospitable and helpful.

The waiters are friendly, and the hotel’s manager is very active, always providing service with a smile and joy. I regret not taking their names. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Amman you will never regret the money spent. I will always choose to stay here.
