The staff were welcoming and friendly. At the restaurant we were served our own delicious tray of traditional mansaf, special thank you to Hala and her amazing service as well as the rest of the staff! They also provide tours around Amman and Jordan which allowed us to see the sights with our own personal driver, allowing us to see everything so much more smoothly than on our own including the Dead Sea, Petra, Ajloun, and Jerash to name a few. Ibrahim was our driver and he was amazing! The rooms are clean and modern which made our stay relaxing and comfortable after kind days of exploring. Can not fault anything about the hotel or the staff and will definitely be back here again
