Great location for kids with a small yard, perfect for running around after being enclosed in a small Tokyo hotel room for a week. Gas grill was a huge bonus. Staying here was a highlight of our family trip.

This 5-star villa provides a spa experience, with its sauna and spa facilities. The villa offers rooms with air conditioning, free private parking and free WiFi. Luxurious glamping experience, close to a big supermarket and drug stores. Self-cook dinner and breakfast with free drinks beer, soda, juice provided. The bathroom with hotspring is fantastic.

At Fujikawaguchiko Crescendo guests can soak in the private hot springs bath, enjoy the fluorescing stars of the mini planetarium while relaxing in the hot tub, or grab a drink at the bar and enjoy a game of darts. Drinks vending machines and luggage storage services are also available on site. We didn't regret going even with Fuji not visible due to clouds. From the very first moment until the last the whole stay was a pleasure, mostly because of the very welcoming and kind host. He sang us Japanese songs in the evening, we could drink home made liqueurs prepared by him, had a home-made tasty breakfast in the morning. The room was large with all the amenities you would need, the view was nice even with Fuji in clouds. The place had both a jacuzzi and an onsen+sauna. Both private (you write yourself on a paper in advance for a timeslot and the whole place is yours). We even received a small gift (origami paper) at checkout. I would recommend spending one night here, just forget about luxury hotels and go here, you won't regret it :)

Towels and bed linen are provided in the apartment. The property offers quiet street views. Wonderful accommodation, lots of space for our family of five and it was close to restaurants/transport.

This recently renovated villa is located 7 km from Lake Kawaguchi and 26 km from Mount Fuji. Guests can use the spa and wellness centre with a hot spring bath, and hot tub, as well as massage services. The house is really beautiful and big, it's perfect for a group trip. The beds, decorations and private onsen are perfect. The location is perfect, the train station is in front of the place.

The wellness area at Dormy Inn Kofu Marunouchi is comprised of a hot spring bath and a sauna. Room is larger than I expected. Ice machine is great. Ice cream while waiting for washing machine is also great. Free use for washing machine and pay only drying machine. The hotel is near Kofu station. I could say that this is one of the best hotel I used to stay.

In-room massages can be arranged at an additional charge. I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! The service was nothing short of perfect — I have never seen such a dedicated, caring, and helpful team anywhere else. Every staff member went above and beyond to make our stay memorable, and their kindness truly stood out. I would especially like to thank Mr. R. Yamazaki for his exceptional dedication. We had mistakenly booked a double room instead of a twin, and he went out of his way to ensure we were given a room with two beds. His effort, patience, and professionalism made a huge difference for us, and we are sincerely grateful. On top of that, the dinner buffet was excellent — delicious food with a wide variety of choices. It was a real pleasure to enjoy such quality and variety. This level of service is rare, and I cannot recommend this hotel enough. If you are looking for a place where the staff truly care about your comfort and happiness, this is the place to stay!
