The rooms were a good size and the beds were exptremely comfortable, we had a good nights sleep here, lovely ocean view. Lots of luxury with this hotel.

My stay at ITC Colombo was nothing short of outstanding. From the moment we checked in, we were welcomed with warmth and professionalism. The staff are exceptional—always smiling, attentive, and genuinely eager to make your stay perfect. A special mention must go to Amanda, whose courteous and caring attitude made a lasting impression. She went above and beyond to ensure every detail was taken care of, making me feel truly valued as a guest. The rooms are modern, beautifully designed, and immaculately clean. Every element—from the comfortable bedding to the smart technology—reflects luxury and thoughtful design. I was lucky to have a room overlooking both the sea and the lake, and the views were absolutely breathtaking. The breakfast buffet deserves a special highlight. It was one of the best I’ve experienced anywhere—an incredible spread featuring both local Sri Lankan delicacies, a lot of Indian and international favorites, all freshly prepared and beautifully presented. Overall, my experience at ITC Colombo was flawless. The combination of elegant interiors, exceptional dining, stunning views, and world-class hospitality makes it a true gem in Colombo. I left with wonderful memories and will definitely be returning soon.

You made our stay memorable:-) The food was excellent. The spa beautiful decorated with professional therapist. Thanks to the young lady who took care of me. We enjoyed the roof top with great music and delicious cocktail. We are planning every year to renew our vows.

Everyone was extremely friendly and genuinely caring. They were always there to help and I cannot describe how good the staff were. The room was very big, very clean and overall really good. The breakfast was also great with different types of food to try each day. Really enjoyed staying here and will definitely stay here again. 100000/10.

Everything from start to finish. Sampath is just an EXCEPTIONAL host! He welcomed us, offered tea/coffee/snacks, gave us plenty of tips and ideas about what to do in the area. Personally took us to some places. The Eco Lodge is kept extremely nice and clean. Very comfortable beds and all facilities. Also, Sampath's wife is an amazing cook. Both breakfast and dinner were delicious and our wishes were totally taken into account. They also have a super cute dog and cat. Just... Book this place, it's amazing!
