Also the caretaker is very friendly as well as the breakfast is so good and has many varieties. Also there is parking facilities in the premises. Would recomend to anyone who likes a quite gayway out of the city.

Vegetarian and gluten-free options can also be requested. Taavetti is a small boutique style hotel but is actually newly refurbished in execllent quality. The place is very clean amd tidy and the room was excellent. Its quiet and the staff are excellent neat and well mannered. We were received in an excellent way especially after a 2 hour drive from colombo. We were offered fresh juice and a cool towel while checking in. Checking was straight forward and easy. The hotel has its own access to a beach and restairant. We mainly had breakfast there. Its a set menu breakfast that gives u a choice of english french and asian breakfasts. The location of the hotel is not where all the 5* hotels are but beaches are beautiful in most places and Taavetti has a nice stretch of beach with seating and umbrellas

Providing a bar, the property is located within 22 km of Galle Fort. The air-conditioned rooms provide a garden view and come with a wardrobe and free WiFi. This hotel truly stands out with its unique architecture—something I’ve never seen before in any other hotel. For those who appreciate exceptional design and hospitality aesthetics, this is undoubtedly one of the best options. The swimming pool area is absolutely stunning, easily one of the most beautiful pools I’ve ever seen. The design throughout the property is simply incredible, and the staff were some of the most attentive I’ve encountered during my travels. The food was also very good, although the menu could benefit from offering a few more options.

At Serenity Boutique - Unawatuna guests are welcome to take advantage of a hot tub. Bike hire and car hire are available at this hotel and the area is popular for cycling. Perfect inside and outside. Excellent service, English speaking stuff. Nice, quiet, clean, tidy, nice rooms with enough space. We were very impressed by the Sinhalese food and the hospitable service.

Silva and his family's warm hospitality, coupled with the stunning views, excellent service, and delicious food, made it an unforgettable experience. The villa's cleanliness, proximity to beautiful beaches, and Silva's attentive management exceeded our expectations. Children felt like they stayed at close relatives. They wrestled exited to see monkeys jumping from tries to tree in harden and feeding them bananas. Thank you for a fantastic and value-for-money stay. Distance to Ahunalla beach 250m (6 mins walk), private beach 200m (5 mins walk), Kasgoda beach (500m, 15 walk via Buddhist monastery via mountains, steep steps), Turtle Hatching - the same direction as Kasgoda (600m), Nearest Restaurant and bars 250 meters (international cards cads accepted), if buy anything restaurant - sun bet on the beach, cheers, table, tent will be for free.
Nearest Grocery 900m - international cads accepted (15min by walk), Wineshop 1km (seeing a tourist they raise the price twice - ask show the price as it’s government shops, ask for a check).

Vegetarian, dairy-free and gluten-free options can also be requested. We had the most wonderful stay at Sundara over new year. The resort is on a stunning beach that is so so peaceful. Most of the time we had the beach to ourselves as there are no other hotels on the stretch of beach. The pool is great and the food was excellent. Special thank you to the sundara team for making New Year’s Eve such a special evening. we will for sure be coming back! It is also very much worth doing the river cruise that is near by - breathtaking scenery and highlight of the trip

It is so so worth the price, and felt like a little slice of heaven — truly a dream property. BOOK IT, trust me. The property is absolutely beautiful & thoughtfully designed — we especially loved spending time in the library and relaxing by the pool. It’s kept so clean and you can tell a lot of heart goes into taking care of it which is so nice to see. Aside from the incredible & serene view + amazing rooms, the best part is easily the food and the staff — the staff are so kind, warm and accommodating and always gently checked if we were doing alright. Everything happens so seamlessly and we were so well taken care of! We especially love the manager Lalid who was kind enough to give us a walk through of the property before we booked and personally ensured we were happy during our stay. The hospitality is like nothing we’d ever experienced and we are already planning to go back soon! The food is AMAZING — fresh ingredients, so so so delicious and felt like we were having a Michelin starred private dining experience every day. I remarked to my husband that it was the best breakfast I’d ever had in my life and we talk abt the meals we had there all the time.

Gret food and drinks, the only minus are prices in spa and prices of drinks(double compared to city) Kids area, Amazing. Never seen such big and well equiped kids zone with lady looking after kid (so we could have an hr without kid- 4yrs old) Amazing hospitality!
