The pool was open, but it was cold because of the weather. We had a wonderful time.

The accommodation features a wellness area which includes a hot tub. I had a wonderful experience at the Sara N Hotel Spa. The staff were very friendly, the hotel was very clean, and so was our room. It was in a great location, walking distance to everything. The check-out time was at 12 p.m. I asked the staff if I could check out at 1:00 p.m. because I was traveling with my one-year-old and that was around her nap time, and our flight didn't leave until 8:30 p.m. They were very great and gave me until 1:20 p.m. to check out. I would highly recommend this place to stay. I will also be staying again when I go back to visit family.

At Villa Armonia Hotel & Spa guests are welcome to take advantage of a hot tub. Guests at the hotel will be able to enjoy activities in and around Jocotepec, like cycling. Food was delicious, cocktails were perfect, hotel grounds were gorgeous, and the staff was unbelievably friendly. Everything was SO well priced (especially the Swedish massages, which were also incredible!) Most of the staff spoke English, or otherwise were very patient with our use of a translation app. Owner was also super nice and gracious.

Decent location with a few malls closed by, friendly and helpful staff. Totally recommend for visitors.
